What is covered in this Workshop?

  • The Workshop will cover all the fundamentals of designing and hosting a  Website, starting with how to register and obtain a domain name.
  • We will cover the use of different strategies, and the services available on the Internet (free or for fee) to design and host a website. Do-it-yourself or the use of professional services will be explored.
  • Once you got started with a web presence, we will explore how to economically promote your site to attract traffic to it.
  • If you already have a Website, or are thinking of implementing one, this Workshop is for you.
  • Exchange of ideas with other conferees who are also starting businesses.

Who is the Presenter?

  • The presenter is Antonio Rodrigues, a SCORE counselor with Website experience in his own company and the co-webmaster of the East Bay Score Website.
